Jumping the shark is a term used for show a lot. Pretty much it means that the subject has passed it's peak, and the quality is declining.

I would say so...I mean I know a couple of Mods up there(well most of them) and they all admit that the site is going downhill and that they really could care less about the forum as a whole now.
