I don't like the idea of merging with NS2.

I don't really wanna merge with them. I like having our community all small like this. We all know each other. I probably wouldn't have met all these new great friends if our forums were bigger. NS2 also has a lot of idiots in it(No offense NS2 people, you should know about what people I'm talking about), and we don't want all the idiots here do we? It's much better to have a small community and know each other, instead of having a giant community and barely knowing anyone, in my opinion. Now where's my PoTW award? :P You guys should bring that back. ;)

EDIT: Well, I can't believe I'm saying this, but I might be kind of happy that Nsider had gotten closed down. I wouldn't have all these friends, an we all pretty much know each other. I actually think that this place is better than the old Nsider.

But anyway, yeah, I think it's nice having a small little community here. If you're looking for a lot of activity and people, then NS2 is the place to go.

Small communitties can be nice, but you would still know all the people you got to know.  You would also get to know more people.  I mean NS2 might be big, but I got to know a LOT of good people over there.  Put it this way, we are all Nsiders we were all once together, why can't we be together again?
