Yeah that's what it says now when you are IP banned.

I get the  Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

So Im not IP banned I guess.


And there is a Modification to IPB that lets you read PMS through the admin panel

I doubt it I told him I am lousy with computers so I can never hack anything.
