because it starts in EJ's time zone, which is PST. Therefore, if you live in the east, your ISP will not have recieved the update.

I live on the east coast of Massachusetts and it loads for me.  You're not going to get anymore east unless you go to Maine.

It doesn't work for me either, and I live somewhat close to you. It keeps giving me the 'Page not Found' thing, and although it has a link to nsider2.com, it leads me to this...Plessk thing.

Ah well, I expect it'll be up tomorrow. I'm not worried about it that much.
