Isn't there a rumor that this nsider and nsider2 will combine. if it's true that would be cool since we would have more people on more often.

It's not going to happen. Ever. There's pretty bad blood between certain staff members on each forum. The last time EJ offered a merge with us, his plan was essentially to shut us down and usurp all the power for himself.

I just made an account on nsider2. i can log in but i can't edit my profile, avatar, signature, or contact an administrator for help without emailing (i prefer to keep my email address private). Does anyone here know something i don't that could help me with this?

I believe that NS2 severely restricts your powers if you're a Goomba, so if you haven't posted, I can't say that I'm extremely surprised that you can't access anything. However, if you're still experiencing the problem after you rank up, send a private message to Raymond; he's an admin over at NS2.

Yes.  When they put the mod or whatever in for it, it crashed the place and caused a nice chunk of the database to go missing.
