By Zelda standards yes.  Better than some of the other poop out on the Wii though.

Boring characters, boring light-dark mechanic, and the backgrounds were just ugly-looking. Didn't help that the gameplay was boring, and that the Wolf Link thing was awful.

Zelda standards are unrealistic though.  Hardcore Zelda fans always want the perfect game and exactly what they want.  Nintendo met most of the core demands, but Zelda fans found a heck of a lot of flaws with it.
