On our flight from vancouver to wherever we landed in hawaii (can't be bothered to remember the city name right now), tech issues, two poopty movies.  I can deal with that.

on our flight from Kona to Vancouver, multiple poopty things happened.

Here's the lowdown.

1. Our flight is scheduled to take off at 10:30 a week before we leave for our trip.

2. two days later, it's moved to 11:00.  I can still deal with that.

3. Right before we leave, it's moved to midnight.  So what?

4. The day that we're leaving, the flight is bumped to FUCKING 3:50 IN THE MORNING.  This intercourse s up our connection times through vancouver to calgary to winnipeg.  not that that path was intercourse ing ideal in the first place, but it bumps back our home time arrival by three hours. :|

5. we get there at 1:30, sit around the airport until 4:00.  the plane finally arrives and we take off at 5:00.  What the intercourse .  We arrive at Vancouver with only an hour to spare to connect to our next flight, which now goes straight to winnipeg.  We take all of our luggage and transfer it to the next flight.

6. You know those mini-TV screens that they have on the domestic flights, but really should be on the international flights that are 5 hours long?

yeah, those didn't work at all.

3 hour flight, they come around with drinks once.  no food, even though it's over suppertime.

7.  We land at Winnipeg, late, of course, and pick up our baggage.  Thing is, WE'RE MISSING A FUCKING BAG.  HOW THE FUCK DO YOU LOSE A FUCKING BAG ON A FUCKING ONE-WAY FLIGHT?

thing is, they're always like this, and they just don't give a intercourse  about you.  if you're late?  who cares?  it's not their problem, because they're so interlinked with the government, they can't ever go out of business.


multiple other things made me mad tonight, one of them being someone CLAIMING OUR PIZZA TO BE THEIR OWN AND STEALING IT.  WHO STEALS A FUCKING PIZZA.

you can't fly on frequent flyer points doing that, and you can't fly from vancouver to winnipeg using united air. :|

WestJet is what I'm using next time... but it was a family trip, so we used points.


that's not even really what pisses me off, it's that with Air Canada, Toronto is the center of the world.  if something is delayed, it's because of something in Toronto.  A plane broke down, so they had to ship in one from Montreal through Toronto.  WHY DO YOU HAVE TO STOP IN TORONTO.
