People figured at first that any characters that have already appeared in both of the Smash Bros. games would have to be appearing again in Brawl.  However, this notion was soon forgotten when Lucas appeared and people began to think that Ness would not make the cut.

More people think Jigglypuff should be taken out as well, but I think the chances of that are slim.  As for Ness, I'm not too sure.
