Basically, it's a combination of different chunks of words that can be arranged in multiple ways.  The point of HBFS seems to be open to interpretation (along with a great number of their other songs), but I find it appropriate to consider the lyrics to be the liberal determination of humanity, and that is doing everything faster and better.  This goes along with technology and how everything must be going on and "our work is never over," which it truly never is as we reach ever closer to perfection.
