Portal severely overrated?

With all of the fads like the Companion Cube, Cake is a Lie, etc., do you think Portal is just incredibly overrated?

I'm not saying Portal isn't an amazing game with a truly unique style, mind you.

Portal is a fantastic game. Best in the Orange Box? Nah. While I do admit that the fads are annoying, it's still funny.

To answer your original question, Portal is a bit overrated, but not by much.

I think was a little overrated. Because when I played it the only level that really gave me any trouble was the last part of level18. Although I haven't done the extra stuff yet.

Most of the praise it gets, it deserves.

I just wish the people who say "The cake is a lie" would see the ending.

Also, can you download the extra levels on the 360 version?

And the game is horribly overrated. IGN had a top 100 video game villains countdown... and GLADOS won. Seriously, IGN? Out of ALL the other video game villains, from Xehanort to Bowser to Liquid Snake to Ganondorf to Kefka to Sephiroth to Darth Vader (they counted him since he was in a game) to The Joker (same as Vader), they chose GLADOS. I always knew IGN had issues and Portal was overrated, but this topped it all.
