Relating to my topic about selling souls.

If I wrote an epic short story about a guy who sells his soul to Satan to be Godly at guitar and goes on an epic quest to get his soul back and prevent eternal darnation, would ya'll read it?

Tupin

Replace Holophonor with Guitar and it looks like you plagiarized from Futurama.

Tuppy frightens me with his knowledge of legacy technology.

Trini

If you made the beginning interesting. I'd probably push myself to read it, unless it turns out to be sorriest story ever. :)

I remember that.

But this is totally unrelated. Do you really think that Futurama is the only media where a guy sells his soul for music?

This is loosely based on Robert Johnson's famous Crossroads. In the 30s this song (made famous by Cream, more specifically Eric Clapton) began a legend that he sold his soul to play guitar.

So the idea is a guy who did that, but wants his soul back.

Read it wrong and edited.

Still no. I think that'd be a better plot for a comedy movie, no offense.

That's me. :D ^

No. There's no point in writing something like that unless it's in song form.

Then it'd basically be like, Crossroads with an added sequel.

Works fine for me, seeing as how Crossroads kicks major ass.
