What are they exactly and how do you do them? I know a few, but it would be great to get a refresher.

Ridley

What do you want to know?
...Friend codes were probably implemented by the same people who wanted tripping in Brawl...
...It's quite obvious...

Do you mean wave dashing and l-canceling and stuff.  Ask Dawei for that stuff.

Thanks. <3

Anyway, what do you know already? I don't want to waste time explaining stuff that doesn't need explaining. Also, like Ridley said, is there any specific things you want to know?

Next person to say L-canceling isn't in Brawl gets a 1-day ban.

Anyway, I'll only cover L-canceling right now. I'm kind of tired...
To L-cancel, simply press L, R, or Z right before you hit the ground. The L doesn't stand for L, it stands for "lag". To get the hang of it, choose bowser, and do his back air without attempting to L-cancel. Notice how long it takes for him to get back up? Now do his Bair again, but this time, press L right before you hit the ground. If you didn't do it right, try again until you do it. You'll see that he gets up much faster when you do it correctly.

Hmm, I've found Bowser's to be better.

Sorry about the L-canceling issue.  Didn't think it was a big deal.
