I've heard on the "What are your plans for Brawl release" thread that some people are going to the midnight release.  So is this official or are you guys just assuming.

Everybody and there mama went to "Gamestop" to reserve SSBB or something along those lines..

There was one for Guitar Hero III and Halo 3 so there should be one for Brawl.

one of us needs to go to gamestop/call them to find out
i have conor trying to see if there is a midnigh release as well
if there is, we will know about it

yes, but it's not going to have a grandiose launch party like Halo 3, because nintendo doesn't do that.
