Halo CE: The Trial (not really trial, just a demo) is so freaking awesome. I think I'm definitely into PC shooters now. And COD:4 demo was good, but Halo: CE has 1 single player level AND online play, which, really, is just fun. And yay my computer handles both of the demos fine.

Actually, if you are a fan of halo, and don't own the halo CE demo, I recommend you just google it and download it (i got it from microsoft's site) i don't think there is an experation date, or it's well hidden. Anyways, there is even private halo online games you can set up, and the controls work well too. Damn, I like Halo CE (PC) more then Halo for the xbox and Halo 2 for the xbox. And I just played a demo (I will likely buy the game)

Oh, and yay for entertainment while waiting for my 360 to be replaced due to RRoD

I quit it at 3% lol not worth the waiting. I really doubt my crappy graphics card can handle it, now that you guys helped me take a second look at it.

Of five years ago.  I recommend you look into something called Steam.  Maybe try buying Team Force Classic.  If you can run Halo you can run that fine.

Once I get a better graphics card I can run more (and maybe a better processor), and RAM isn't an issue. But I'll try Counterstrike: Source w/ Half Life 2: Death Match and that other game and Halo CE, but I wasn't a fan of the Orange Box but idk somewhat classic games are cheaper and still fun. I drained my money away. Fast. So I'm just left with a $50 Best Buy gift card.

@OP: I do enjoy Halo Trial, and there was NSider servers often back when NS1 was around, and even now, there's one every once in a while.

Only downside is the banshee h0rs.
