If you have a few hundred dollars with nothing to spend them on, you could always buy a Japanese Wii and import the game.

The Wii isn't region-free unless you hack it, which through updates is rendered useless.

I don't remember having a spin attack before and flying to other planets in space with insane gravity effects...
and of course NSMB was good, it was the first origional Mario handheld game since 1993!!
