"He appeared to me. Now get your things." Just then, a shout was heard, and he thought he could hear somebody saying, 'I'm looking for a cubone.'

He doesn't mean me...right?

[Sgt.Chilly]

Ooc//He is looking for spike.

Ic// Orion waited a few seconds for someone to respond.  Some one on the street shouted up"Knock it off you yahoo!" Orion waited for a different response.

He breathed in for another roar "CUBONE! A CUBONE TO HELP FIGHT THE DARKNESS!"

He held his ear in the air hoping to hear something.

Kristal hesitated for a moment. "If we're to bring someone else to help, I'd say either Ozzy or Lucas. Preferrably Ozzy, seeing as he could prove as a great help, and he's being followed by Darkrai, too. Lucas and his dad could stay and protect things here."

Ooc//Sorry but I need to introduce Orion's rival.

Name: Artemis

Pokemon: Croagunk

Rescuer or Darkrai lackey: Darkrai Follower

Gender: Female

Age: 23

Moveset: Poison Jab, Revenge, Bullet Punch, Endure

Likes: Fighting dirty, talking trash, and material possessions

Dislikes: pokemon who act chivalrous and compassionate

Favorite Food: jerky

Background: A deeply selfish pokemon Artemis believes in survival of the fittest.  She'll win a fight at any cost and do anything to get what she wants.  Her loyalty is only to those with power.

Ic// Orion was sure this was the town from his dream.  "Man you are an idiot Orion." Artemis sneered as she sat next to him on the building's roof.  Orion was unphased but in his mind he was unsettled 'I was able to detect her but she was never that fast before...I didn't even see her climb up the building' 

Orion scanned the horizon "What do you want?"  Artemis replied "It's not about what I want-" Orion cut her off "That will be the day."  She continued "It's about my master.  And frankly I don't think this little quest of yours is ...healthy."  Orion paused "Do you intend to stop me?"  Artemis grunted "All I'm saying is this 'destiny' of yours isn't worth dying over.  Think about it."

Artemis leaped off the building and disappeared down the streets.  Orion bellowed out once more "C'MON! I NEED TO FIND A CUBONE!"

[Triforce_Luigi]

"I think it is a good thing Spike and Trigger got help," commented Ozzy. "Otherwise, they would be dead by now. Lets go to the station, then."

[Sgt.Chilly]

((What's really weird is Orion used to be a petty thief before he met his master.  He would act like a beggar to aid in his 'liberation' of people's material possessions.))

Orion began strolling down the street and glancing down at the map every now and then.

" Yeah," Lucas replied," let's go."
             " I really hope Spike knows where Darkrai is." he murmured as he started walking.

"Alright Trigger, lead the way!" Trigger trotted towards the train station as Spike followed.

[Light]

Kristal followed. As she walked, she looked over at the tracks that the trains ran on. A train passed her, and suddenly, she felt a shock of remembrance. However, as soon as it had came, it had left, and so did the train. She could only stand there, dumbfounded. What was that...?

[Triforce_Luigi]

Ozzy followed and saw Kristal.

"Something wrong?" he asked.

[Light]

Kristal broke out of her thoughts, and turned to Ozzy. "Oh... nothing. Let's keep going." She began walking again. "We'll need to figure out when the next train leaves. I'll pay for the trip, seeing as I have the most money here. And don't worry; it's my treat. I really want to find out what happened to Kyle. Maybe going to Lake Desire will help with that."

[Triforce_Luigi]

Ozzy followed. Kristal's words about Kyle made him think.

He sided with Darkrai because of a promise. That promise seems to involve Kristal staying safe. Of course, there's no guarantee that that's what it's about in the first place. And what could Darkrai be planning? So many questions with answers that raise even more questions...

[Light]

"Lemme guess," Kristal said, turning to Ozzy, "you want to find out how to defeat Darkrai because you want to become free of whatever contract or spell he has under you. Am I right, or at least close?"

[Triforce_Luigi]

"Well, close, at least," said Ozzy. He looked away, at the passing trains. "I was never under any spell or contract. My family and friends were gone, and I was angry at the world. I suppose Darkrai just took advantage of that."

[Light]

"Oh..." Kristal said, understanding. "...I never actually knew my family. Only Kyle. In fact, I don't remember much about my life at all. Everything I knew about my life came from Kyle."
