Um, no, not happening. Why? Brawl comes out in Japan in two weeks. I doubt they'll delay it again that fast. See how much time was between the first delay and this one? 3 months. I doubt another delay will occur in two weeks. And once Japan has Brawl that just says no more delays.

Actually, there could be a delay in the Americas. It depends how fast or slow NOA decides to work.
