Did I write great appeal e-mails?

This is what I sent last time I got banned:

Hello again.  I'm going to be completely honest. This is the third time I've
appealed this ban. I'm hoping  that third time is the charm.  In my previous
appeals you have told me that I have made he same promises about changing my
behavior several times before and I have failed to keep such promises, and
because of this you are unable to remove my ban.  Frankly, I don't blame
you.  If I were in your position  I would be doing the same.

Because of this I'm not sure what I can do except state again that I am
sorry.  I really am serious this time. If I were not I would not be spending
several hours planning out these e-mails, checking them for grammatical
accuracy, rewriting them if they sound even a tad bit rude or pushy, and
making sure I don't get off subject.  I wouldn't be writing several e-mails
to you knowing that I have little hope to be unbanned.  I wouldn't be
checking my e-mail 2 times a day awaiting your reply.  I know it's going to
be hard for you to believe me because I've made these promises so many times
before, but I don't know how to word it, I'm really sorry and I really do
promise to change.   I'm not even asking you to forgive me, I'm just asking
for you too look for even the tiniest bit of belief in what I'm saying and
grant me this one last chance.

My situation reminds me of the story of "The Boy Who Cried Wolf".  The boy
repeatedly falsely claims that there is a wolf, and when there finally is a
wolf no one believes him and in the end the wolf kills the boy.   In some
odd manner of parallelism the same can be said about my ban history. I
promised once that I would change, I promised again, and when the time came
when I actually mean it no one would believe me.  It comes back to the moral
of "The Boy Who Cried Wolf": "Even when liars tell the truth, they are never
believed. The liar will lie once, twice, and then perish when he tells the
truth."

I'm asking you to save me from this metaphorical wolf and just to believe me
this one last time.  I swear that I will not misplace your trust.   I am
intent on changing my posting habits and becoming a productive member of
NSider.  I sincerely am sorry for such behavior in the past and regret
making such posts.   I can only hope that you take this e-mail to heart and
grant me this one last request.  I  ensure you that after given this last
chance you will not receive another e-mail from me concerning a ban. This--
I promise.  And to end my e-mail i offer you this final quote.
