Nayrman's thoughts on today's update (Jan 17th)

End of Day Final Smash: I like the idea, but dont like the executuion. The problem I have is that it disrupts the action on screen as far as I can tell to do the whole "leaving" animation or something like that. Snake was fine since the action continued and he just stayed off screen, but this seems different. Also, it seems it doesn't do as much in one on one, which is kinda the point of the final smash. Whatever, It's still kinda cool, so I'll cut Olimar some slack. It's not like he could do anyting else for a FS

We haven't seen it in actually, non-zoomed footage, so whether it's distracting or not is hard to judge at the moment. Also, I fail to see how its more distracting than every other Final Smash, especially Snake's. He's blocking the screen while firing at you.

We haven't seen it in actually, non-zoomed footage, so whether it's distracting or not is hard to judge at the moment. Also, I fail to see how its more distracting than every other Final Smash, especially Snake's. He's blocking the screen while firing at you.

There is a tiny bit of video footage of his FS...and it seems that the Camera does follow the space ship...

They're all different though:
Diddy: the flying doesn't really do the damage, it's the popguns. The fly is just for fun and such.
Pikachu and Sonic are DIFFERENT. Pikachu's is a more damage focused FS, as you never see anyone KO with Volt Takle, while Super Sonic has a lot more force to it and less continuous damage, and it's easier to KO with.
It's like the difference between Marth and Roy if you look at it closely enough.
