It is teen. I just love seeing little kids with overprotective parents not let them get it. It's just fun to watch them after they are told no. Any of you know anyone like this?
...Friend codes were probably implemented by the same people who wanted tripping in Brawl...

I know a kid who is 7 and plays resident evil games and a 10 year old wo can't play teen games lol

Well, it's reasonable for 7 year olds not to be allowed to play James Bond or something.  To answer the question, I don't know anybody like that.
