If it was Mario, his head would be jagged and have curves instead of being like a circle.

I deduced this by watching the recent movies with the alloys in them.

Red Alloy looks just like Male Wire Frame, which was based on Captain Falcon, Blue Alloy looks just like Female Wire Frame, which was based on Zelda, and Sakurai himself stated the resemblance between Green Alloy and Kirby.
So, why wouldn't Yellow Alloy also be based on a character?

Red is Captain Falcon, okay?
Blue is NOT ZSS, but is Zelda. If you pay attention her forward smash is a palm strike, and her jump and descent is the same as Zelda's.
In that picture Green is taking damage, thus elongating his body. After studying his movements, I have come to realize he is indeed Kirby.
Yellow, I fear, is Mario. Every attack, jump, descent, and flinch is identical to Mario's so far; unless Animal Crosser is a Mario clone in standard moves, it is not him.
