In fact, on my way to school.
Picture an intersection, right? Like...

Anyways, I was trying to turn a corner, and the corner was icy. I started turning, but the car went straight. I was like "O SHI-" and hit my brakes to try to correct it, but I ended up stopping facing the oncoming traffic. Luckily, they were all stopped. I was like "oh god oh poop ima die aaaaaaaa"...when suddenly...CRUNCH BANG OHJEEZ.
Yeah, I got rear-ended.
BUT THEN.
CRUNCH BANG WTF AAAAAA
3-car pileup, all my fault. ;_;
I got off without a ticket, and I'm probably not at fault, so...I don't have to deal with a premium spike. I'll take pics and post them once I get home.
My first real wreck as a driver...funny, I guess, since I've been driving for 2 years now. Ah well, happens to everyone. Also, in b4 "u suk @ drving :|"

it's icy every day here... we do have really crappy drivers, but everyone learns to adapt.  when you live in an area that is winter 7-8 months of the year, you get used to it...

Well if you were rear-ended then more than likely the car behind you slipped too.  However your insurance is still going to spike.  Whether you were to blame or not.

Unless you were doing something completely irresponsible like excessive speed or reckless driving during inclement weather, you should be fine & nobody should be listed at fault.  'Most At Fault' is what the traffic accident reports have on them here in Kansas. The officer writing the report is forced to pick a "most at fault' driver & people really hate it

Back headlight plastic....thingy is cracked in 2 places, bumper has some paint on it, and it's slightly cracked.
Otherwise, it's fine. I love my car's tanklike bumper. <3

Wow, you better have a good lawyer.   :-\

At least it didn't turn out as bad as it could've been.  I've known people who have died or got really hurt because of little slips like that.  Count yourself lucky.
