I've watched that first clip several times. It's pretty creepy, sure, but it's also quite well-done. It's from the movie "The Adventures of Mark Twain."

And it was never banned. It's just a deleted scene that can be found in newer DVD releases.

A really well-done movie, the claymation is actually better than Aardman's IMO.
