I suggest this:

Instead of having a list of arcade games that remains there forever, keep the list smaller, and change up every month (it doesn't have to be new games every time... you can rotate it too to give other people chances on games they missed).  Whoever has the highest score on those games by the end of the month gets awarded something or recognized somehow.

No i my highest score was 70 something thousands...I can make it !

Well, if you can't do that, at least like clear the high scores every once in a while.  There's really not so much of a motivation anymore since the current scores are really difficult to top.
