Well, it was the NES...everything but Metal Gear managed to be an E regardless of waht was in it really...only due to the eightbitness of it...

I SUPPOSE it's possibly for the extra outfit and not get slapped with an "M", but gawd Nintendo would need to do some sweet talking to the ESRB to do that.
Again, Niintendo never does anything like that. Let's just be happy we're getting what were getting...for that and camera mode
