???? Does anyone have any ways that they think would fix it? It's the PS2 version, btw.

Mods, please don't move this, I need answers now, and there are like no people on the GH board.

Why doesn't anyone ever respond to anything I say?

Well, i will put it this way... why should anyone respond if your not patient enough to wait? Don't seem fair for someone to waste their time to help someone who is impatient, correct?

Anyways i use water or baby wipes and rub my discs down to clean it ... then use a disc scratch cleaner. Doubt you have one though, otherwise you wouldn't make this thread. I'd suggest using google to find some ways to remove scratches without one.

cuz we're lurking moar.

if you have a damaged disk, wash it first.  then resort to something like Toothpaste or whatever gamestop sells for disk fixer.

Thanks guys, I'll check it out. Although I tried to use toothpaste like 5 times before and it didn't work at all. I'll look for a disc cleaning device or solution.

And I'm sorry, I just guess I'm not really used to having to wait for responses, Oldsider had so many people that you would usually get a response in a minute. And people overall haven't really been very friendly to me here...

Umm, gamestop has a disc scrath fixing liquid for like $3. I tried it on a really scratched disk, though it didn't work, but I probably did it wrong lol.

That's all you can do. Lol why buy it for the ps2 you should've got it for the 360.

My GH:II disk is working in my 360.

I got it before the 360 version came out, and I don't have a 360. Not planning on getting one either.

Then what the hell kind of gamer are you?

Maybe the OP got GH2 before it was out on 360 or got the double pack that is 1 and 2 bundled together.

Regardless of any of that, sounds like you've tried a few things already.. there probably isn't a lot you can do.  I suggest google as well for a quick fix right now and be smart about what you decide to do; not everything works and you might end up hurting the disc more.

Look up some general disc cleaners for future use; they don't necessarily have to be aimed at video-game discs, but I'm not sure what's best myself.

What's your problem?  The guy is just asking for help with a scratched disc.  The exact game is mentioned and it's multi-console so you flame the guy for not having a certain release of it?  What kinda messed up crap is that on your part?  Sheesh dude.. go get some sleep or somethin'.

Not really, I'm just trying to show how much of a mindless 360 fanboy I am, and proud of it.

Well, I think it might be done for since it was in the PS2 when my sister's friends were playing and they were too far away from the TV. They pulled the controllers too far and the PS2 fell out of the shelf. The PS2 is fine, as it plays every other PS2 game I have. The game isn't dented or bent, it's just scratched along the outside of the discon one half of it, that's why I still have hope for it.

GreatGonzales106

Man, GHII is the best one out of the three. So many good songs...

THEEVILSPERKY

That sounds a bit sketchy.. a positive outcome sounds unlikely...

If nothing you can try works, well, that's that..
