I had a friend who was doing something with a sharpie pen and went to scratch his head and got sharpie on his head. He fell asleep and woke up with a headache were the sharpie was. This means the pen could slowly do damage. Unlikely though.

Sonic's and Pikachu's is practicly the same, so Jigglypuffs is probably similar to Peach's, but different food, and maybe some scribbles on faces of players, causing damage (like a lip stick flower does).

I'm putting my money on Hyper Voice.  It makes the most sense, and Jiggs can actually learn that in the game.

I'm thinking Double Edge. Jigglypuff runs around the stage and tackles opponents. Every character he hits takes 40% damage but Jigglypuff also takes 10% damage. Also enemies can be struck more than once.

The player controlled Jigglypuff takes out a microphone and starts singing.
All of the other Jigglys bounce around cause damage to the now-asleep opponents
The player controlled Jigglypuff realizes everyone is asleep and draws on their faces with a marker, cause damage....?

1. Jigglypuff puts on headphones and pulls out a microphone.
2. Jigglypuff uses Perish Song.
3. Enemies take extreme damage and Broken Jiggly shield knockback.
4. ????
5. Profit.




Oh yeah, if someone hits Jigglypuff right before the Perish Song, her headphones fall off and the attack affects her as well.
