No...Wii doesn't have enough RAM to handle anything more than a possible stage...and even then, it'll still take up a lot of space. If Nintendo would ever release a HARD DRIVE (hinthintwinkwinksaynomore) they could do lots of stuff.

So I guess they were BSing us with that "wake up the next day and you might get a new character or stage" stuff :(  I was wondering why I didn't get poop for my Wii games, especially Guitar Hero 3, seeing how PS3 and the 360 already got their DLC songs :'(

Impossible. You still have to download it directly to your Wii to get it and then transfer it to an SD, and even so, Nintendo doesn't allow the Wii to allow things on an SD to be used dirctly from it (It still HAS to be on the Wii's RAM to be able to be used). So the SD would do nothing...

Nintendo should succeede into just making games, not consoles.  they're horrible at management and gloat when they're on top, only to be completely mutilated when they do.

Actually you be suprised at the download capabilities. If the VC works then in theory the Downloadable stages would(Stage creator works). New characters though would have to be saved to either the SD card or Wii Internal memory straight into the Games save data(Which would override the Disc info)

They always somehow manage to muck up their biggest news or game...I mean, after Brawl they've got absolutely NOTHING besides MAYBE Mario Kart (even though it's just a prettied up DS game)

Absolutely NO Hype for Metroid (which was overall a better GAME than TP IMO), Galaxy was modest for a Mario game, and pretty much NOTHING for Brawl. I mean seriosuly, Nintendo has Microsoft right where they want them and yet they do NOTHING to advertise the game...seriously.
Please god...make the minigame collections go away please! They're worse than the Naruto filler...and that's hard to do!

umm...WiiWare games have Wii graphics and you can download them...why not a stage?
