I am fine with Semi-Clones; which is what most of them are. As for sharing Finals, if they come from the same place, and have similar features, why wouldn't they have the same finals?

i just made a FS with ww on the spot when toon link uses the smash ball he performs a melody each melody (or song) does something different the one that makes  the winds change direction will make HUGE winds and wipe everybody except toon link of the stage resulting in (hopefully ) a ko was that so hard sakurai?

playing a song on the wind waker would have been infinitely better.  it should have been that unless you know how to play one of the songs, your FS is useless, and nothing happens, but you would be able to choose which one you wanted to use by playing different songs.

that would have been kickass.

Or how about he targets an individual character, slashes them up a bit, then jumps up and plants his sword into the opponent's head, much like what he did to Ganondorf in the Wind Waker. That would have owned.

I care.  they could have been so much more original. :|

I mean, why put in three characters from the same series that have similar movesets, some exactly the same moves, are about the same height, and have basically the same background?  it's just laziness. :|
