Could Pichu have had a unique moveset at all?

B: Encore: Pichu sends a small heart in front of itself. If it hits, the opponent is unable to attack.

Side B: Thunder Wave: Pichu sends a small wave of electricity in front of itself. Close range attack, stuns opponent.

Down B: Charge Beam: Chargeable. Pichu charges up power and sends a beam of thunder forward. The longer it's been charged, the further it goes and stronger it is.

Up B: Thunderpunch: Pichu delivers a powerful uppercut (with his cute little paw things) that sends him upward. Can be used to recover.

Final Smash: Wish: Pichu glows, but nothing seems to happen at first. Suddenly, Pichu recovers 50% damage, and powerful thunderbolts hit the stage.

Still think he couldn't be decloned?

Sakurai should have hired you to declone characters.  :D
