Want to know why pichu isnt in? He is in! They cut the pikachu from melee. Pichu from melee evolved into the Pikachu we know in brawl.

Go go with what I said before, the reason this is a lie is because Pichu requires being treated with care to evolve, AND EVERYBODY HATED HIM IN MELEE! :D
