By going on this site, I learned a few important lessons today

1. Flame wars can pop up out of nowhere at any time. Don't bring your fire extinguisher, because the fire won't go out anyway.

2. When in a flame war, the best way to not get burned is either leave, or shut up.

3. Genius can't answer most questions directly.

4. Never plead for mercy in a flame war, because not only does it make you look annoying, but you'll probably get stabbed to death.

5. Half the time you spam in a flame war, it will be completely unnoticeable.

6. Spelling and grammar is meaningless. ( In a flame war )

7.) Making threads about flame wars just annoys the people involved in those "wars" and will likely worsen the situation until they're locked

In all seriousness, though, don't make threads about flame wars, it doesn't help it at all.
