FlashGot 0.7.2 (solved lock pleaz)

I remember on FireFox their was a app to download youtube videos by right clicking. But recently my firefox browser broke down and I am looking for "Download Helper" because I think that was it. I did a google search and I got directed to a program called FlashGot 0.7.2 which is compabtiable with the Seamonkey browser. Is this the thing I need to download youtube videos?
