I have Japanese curry rice. :)

I made enough to last a week (for lunches and dinners) and have been eating it for the last 3 days. It has beef, potatoes, carrots, onions, and broccoli in it, over white rice.

When's the last time you ate the same thing for a week, and not because you had to?

I would too 99% of the time. But I have a thing for Japanese curry rice... I could keep eating this forever.

Yeah, the difference between Indian curry rice and Japanese curry rice is that the former is rather dry, and the latter is more of a thick stew and is not as spicy but sweeter. If you ever go to an asian market, you'd probably see them... I bought the Golden Curry brand, but there are many brands.

I relied on celery and water for sustenance for a period of 4 days. It was part of a bet, plus I like how it tastes.
