Appearance: Has the regular white cloud, but has a dark blue shell. He also wears small, blue glasses to help him see.
Bio: He used to work for Bowser, as the janiter of his castle, until he got sick of cleaning up after people and them just laughing at him. He is currently unemployed and is looking for a job

Kaz: Well the way I see it there are 2 routes. one circling going around and around but gradually getting higher each time. And the more dangerous but much faster route just straight up path, we would need to use the grapple and rope for that route. Which one would you like to take, Im voting for straight up!

Goombario: Around..

Watt: Straight up! I can fly  ;D
