Should I be mad at this kid?

Okay, I'm super-uber-depressed.

This kid, we like to call him "Rodent," is basically not all there. He's just one of those annoying people who try to hang out with you because they think they're as cool as you. I HATE him, because he's so annoying and spreads lies to get himself up the popularity ladder, when really he's just digging a grave for his coolness. (wherever that is.)

Anyway, it's my first year in high school, so us freshmen are introduced to the tradition of "running the hill." Whenever our football team wins, the marching band members all run, and we jump over a hill and stop at a fence. Well, Rodent must have felt really invincible at the moment, because he decided to defy all laws of physics, and not only jump, but FLIP over the hill.

I hate stupid people. Apparently, he fell and broke his arm in two places. Now, running the hill is banned, and my freshmen year is going downhill.

Now, I should be feeling some remorse for him, but years of enemyship have made me feel like I don't care anymore, and now that running the hill is banned, I'M PISSED.

Is it just me, or does Rodent not deserve any sympathy?

Eh, it was his stupid decision, so I'd be mad. However, just because he did something dumb doesn't mean he should be hated. He broke his freakin' arm, so you should at least be a little sympathetic, because breaking bones sucks.

I would know. I broke my left wrist playing volleyball when I tripped, fell, and somebody stepped on it. When I proceeded to tell them in shock and awe that they just broke my wrist, he didn't believe me and proceeded to pull back my hand in an attempt to prove his innocence. Instead, this only made things worse and my scream is now the loudest thing ever recorded.

But, enough about me. I prayed that his arm wasn't busted up that bad, but it is...

I almost fell, because there was a giant ditch where I was running, but because karate has given me a good sense of balance, I was fine and able to continue.

Well if you guys hadn't been so mean to him and hadn't been calling him "Rodent" and just accepted him, then I'm sure he probably wouldn't have done that, so yall have no one to blame but yourselves for being cruel to another human being whether he deserved it or not.

Man, we have no traditions like that at my High school. Least as far as I know. XD

But anyway, he is a moron for trying to be cool and show off, then getting a school thing banned. He deserved to get some pain, but I hope his arm isn't that badly busted up.

We weren't being mean to him!!! He was being mean to us!!! He's been annoying us since middle school!!! He just did that to be a show-off, so if you're going to put the blame on me, then please, take it someplace else.

I hoped so, but the news is that his arm is split in two, so... I hoped that his arm wasn't even busted, that he just tripped and fell and got a bruise or something, but when we saw the ambulance, it was just... oh crap, this is going to blow up all in our faces.

We have kids like that at our school, we don't call them anything, but they ARE very annoying.

I probably wouldn't like, go visit him in the hospital, Or send him a get well soon card, but I probably wouldn't laugh in his face, but truthully, I find humor in somebody so stupid to want to achieve popularity in such a way, if at all.
