Nsider NON Aggression Pact [GameMaster Please Read]

This is a copy of something one of our administraters wrote on Nsider 2. I would like you all to review it. GAMEMASTER ESPECIALLY YOU. STOP SPAMMING NSIDER2 JUST BECAUSE YOU WANT MORE MEMBERS HERE. WE ARE NOT AFFILIATING, SO JUST STOP!!!

I've been reading some threads, one thread in particular:

where I've seen spam for other forums, this time by Gamemaster, who also has a thread mentioned about him on this page. Now instead of just locking this one, I instead replied with a post to end the feud, which later someone suggested a truce between us.

The deal would be this:

People from our forums don't attack, flame, advertise, or spam their forums.
People from there don't attack, flame, advertise, or spam our forums.
If any offenders are caught with proof from reputable members on either site, they will be punished as follows (subject to change):
1st Time: Warning
2nd Time: Post restriction for a few hours.
3rd Time: Temporary ban
4th Time: Indefinite ban

This is not an affiliation between us, it's rather a "We leave you alone, and you leave us alone" kind of deal.

What do you think?

I say yes. This might lower tensions between us, resulting in less spam here. Less spam = better for everyone. I think this would be for the best, and it could help prevent absurd and offending spam like we recieved last night.

If we get a majority vote here, I'll start making the contract. If they refute this pact, then we can just mind our own business and forget about them.

The main reason why I'm doing this is to stop the forum drama. It's unbearable and needs to end.

EJRaven reserves the right to veto this pact at any time.

Err, I've been oblivious to this flaming, apparently. I've done none of it myself, and me and EJ were friendly to each other last time we spoke.

So yeah, guys, flaming NSider2 isn't cool. Stop, if you're doing it. :|

Just because you want the forums to be affiliates doesn't mean he has to too.

And a mod from here shouldn't be doing what Gamemaster is doing on NSider2.
But if a mod is doing it, then it's okay, right?

This is stupid.  Why can't you just allow people to link to each other freely on nsider2?  Where is the harm in connecting nsider refugees?  Something tells me there is personal gain involved in all of this, otherwise it makes no sense.

Shouldn't this be a non aggression pact? And why do they want to keep Nsiders apart? Why can't we be here, they be there and whoever wants to come here or there let them? And if were aloud to advertise this place on there then I'm sure most people could/would go to both forums, because some people might only come and post here, and some on NS2,, and there are bound to be some what different discussions  on both forums, that could be enjoyed by all Nsiders and not just the one group.
