XBox Live is stupid

I bought a new mic earlier today and tried it out a few minutes ago... just opened the box... no good.

Do you have a fan running in your house or something? I mean its obviously not the mic if 2 new ones are both having the same problem. Might be the controller or something. Microsoft products may be cheap but they ain't that cheap.

Like a ceiling fan or one hangin' out the window? Neither, my room is silent save the humming of my various electronics. I'm pretty sure it's my controller... the only one I have that came with my 360 Elite. For an Elite.. a non-working controller and no built-in wireless... it's not living up to its own name...

The mic I purchased actually came with the Vision cam so it wasn't like I went outta my way to get another mic; it just happened to come with the cam I was interested in. Got it for $20 and it came with a month of Live and the full game of Uno along with the extra mic. Guess I need a new controller... expensive little things...

You got the Vision camera AND the mic for ONLY 20 BUCKS!?!?! WOW thats cheap. Anyways, yea just get aanother controller and a should be fine ;).

Local Wal*Mart is closing and reopening a year later as a Super Wal*Mart. All inventory must go... so... everything is cheap. ^_^

It's too bad that my controller works perfectly except for the connection to the headset... -_-

I like Xbox Live more than Wii's online (by a huge margin) and I think its worth 50 bucks a year! Those who dont own Xbox Live or have never played it will never know how great of quality it is! :O

;_; I want XBL... I really want that Heroic Map Pack for Halo 3 so I can get mew maps and the update to the forge...

And for playing online. That might get me to play Halo more...

I play, or have an urge to play online, so infrequently it's not worth paying as much money as they charge.. so I wind up missing out whereas PS3 and Wii offer services for free... *sigh*
