The instructions have to be, and the amount of time it takes to do that is little. I translated the manual in less than a day of an American version of NMH.......and I am not a linguist.

I heard that's why NMHN came out a week later in Canada, to translate the manual.

They had to like put subtitles in the copies sold in Quebec, I believe. I may be wrong.
