So how about Brawl comes out the same night as my Prom, and there's a tournement that I'm going to show up at in my tux :robotveryhappy: If I don't win, I'll be very upset.

don't worry if you get made fun of. most people there will likely be 40 year old nerds living with their moms that have never even been to a Prom.

most people going to the midnoight releases are hardcore gamers. most people that will ever get the game won't come to a midnight release. the people that are willing to go to a midnight release are either hard core gamer nerds or peole that have been looking foward to the game for a long time.

you know something scary? over 25% of gamers are over the age of 50. those are are the kind of people that have nothing better to do than go to gamestop during the midnight release and during the school hours.

Sometimes schools in Japan cancel school on the day of a major release such as Dragon Quest because not enough people will be there to teach.

Of course, the schools probably call it something like "Teacher Conferencing Day".

I know, and Americans made the launch of Halo 3 the biggest launch ever in the entertainment industry and caused movie sales to plummet in October.
