I plan on getting Oblivion for the computer, does it require a really good graphics card? And where can i find info about my graphics card?

As far as Oblivion goes, check Wikipedia for the minimum requirements.

To find your own computer stats, go to Start >> Run >> dxdiag. In the Display tab, you can find your graphics card.
