Wii online help

Okay, since I got Brawl, my Wii's internet has pretty much CRASHED. Lets see, at first it was insanely laggy and barely up, now it won't even connect.
I tried resetting the settings, and now it won't even access my wireless router (the same one my laptop and PS3 are working PERFECTLY off of).
Basically it said "unable to connect. Try user manual or contanct Nintendo"
Yea, since when does the manual have ANY USEFUL INFO? Also, god only knows how stupid these "maintenance" people are (I e-mailed one, and they had nothing useful to say). Does anyone have ANY idea on how to help me? I really want to play online with Brawl, but apparently Nintendo doesn't want me to.

Maybe your Wireless card got fried, lol.

Apparently the Brawl servers are flooded with people, so expect it to be a little off until Nintendo fixes it.

edit: and if things outside of brawl aren't working, then i dunno what the problem is.

It's not that. When I search for an acess point, it can tell my router is THERE, it just won't connect (which is complete BS. If it can tell it's there, it can f***ing connect. The Wii is just retarded)
