Abyssion (the Hardest Tales of Symphonia Boss) Is Quite Overrated

It wasn't that hard for me to defeat him at level 70 using an All-Divide, not one person died through the whole battle, the only problem is the length due to that 120,000 HP.

He's a lot harder when you don't use an All-Divide. I never use one against him..I think it's cause he's more challenging that way.

Anyways, he has 120000 hp on Normal battle mode correct? I believe he has like 240000 if you fight him on Mania mode. D:

Yeah, this was Normal, I probably could have done it without, I hate just hitting like 80-100 with the Material Blade (Didn't do Sword Dancer side quest, too lazy to get Valkyrie Saber from Coliseum ).

I love fighting him.
I have a file saved just before I fight him to get me in the Battling spirit to play ToS normally on Another
saved file.

I love long fights...and I use an all divide at all cost. Of course my level fighting him is over 180 >_>
But regardless of the fact, I think he's a fun challenge Everytime.

You dun need that to fight him.....or atleast i'm pretty sure you don't. It's been a while since i've fought the sword dancer but..i'm pretty sure you don't need that to fight him..

Seeing you talk about ToS makes me think about Fire Emblem. Thinking about FE makes me realize I haven't played it in a while. Realizing I haven't played it in a while makes me anxious to go play it some more.

You dun need that to fight him.....or atleast i'm pretty sure you don't. It's been a while since i've fought the sword dancer but..i'm pretty sure you don't need that to fight him..

They aren't related, the Valkyrie Saber is like the opposite in Slash, Thrust, power of the SD3 weapon, you get it from beating Advanced Class Coliseum with Lloyd, you don't need it to do anything.

Now that I think about it, Abyssion isn't the hardest boss.

There's an even harder boss in the Coliseum. x.x

Lol, yup. They were so hard when I fought them. I think I only fought them once but...intercourse ..they were so hard. ;-;

the tales team was pretty easy in comparison to abyssion, but neither were too bad (used an all divide for both IIRC).

All-Divides are for wimps, unless you're a masochist who plays on Mania difficulty. Farah, Garr, and Meredy are about even with Abyssion in terms of difficulty on Hard, and they're a bit easier on Normal, if you'd ask me.

Hell, he was easy when I fought him.(around lvl 76-82). He just gets really annoying.
