I got them all the time in Melee. Haven't done it as much in Brawl though.

Me and my friends call it the retarded turnip. It seriously looks a little slow.

I've seen a screenshot of it in Melee, but I never got one myself.  I got a Mr. Saturn though searching for one in homerun contest (I'm talking about Melee as well in this sentence).
