there are toilets as well that have the motion detecting thing that flushes automatically.  i think i speak for everyone when i say that if it they become affordable, everyone would install it in their home.
I wouldn't. Because It's unnecessary IMO. Unless you're handicapped or something. >.>

It would lessen the amount of bacteria in your bathroom by elimating the need to touch stuff after you've gone.
That's assuming that the person even washes their hands afterward, and I know that lots of Americans (mostly guys) don't...
Ignoring that, I think automatic sinks being installed more would be more useful.
Is it just me, or does it look like the device is watching you? I dun want things watching me use the bathroom D:

yeah, all those automatic stuff are nice.  the only thing lacking are the automatic doors.  imagine the kinds of germs that exists on those handles, especially in public restrooms :(

One restaurant I go to has a little dispenser that shoots disenfectant down at the handle at regular intervals. :O
