Is there any way to convert the BIN files on your SD card into AVIs, JPEG, ect.?

In other words, is there a way to get the screenshots and videos on your computer? I've found out the best way to meet KO requirements, and I've got some hilarious pics of... er... the characters' "desires".

As far as I know, you can only convert image files. There's this program that you can get a link to its download in the official snapshot thread or something like that.
