What's Target Test Lv3 World Record?

I'm trying to get a Replay data sent. The data is me, as a Gold Pit, doing Target Test Level 3. But my record is around ~~18 seconds~~. I don't think that's good enough. I'm trying to work on it, but I just want to know what the time is for the World Record of Pit doing Target Test Level 3.

If the Replay data is sent to Wii's everywhere, then you know it's me. ;D Sadly, it might only come on Wednesday forward.

Edit: 0:16 66 is my new record. ;D

Yes, I know that the World record is 0: 09. I'm talking about Level 3, and with Pit. (Note: Actually, Pit is not my main. My main is [The character has been withheld].)

Im only good at fighting and HRC but they changed HRC so much....

Probably not.
We have no idea what the record is, and even then you would have to say you beat the WR for ROB on lvl 3.
So.... its hard to tell.

Probably not.
