I was playing against a good sonic user the other day, and he kept getting the smash ball. >:( And I have NO tactic whatsoever on how to dodge him when he's super sonic!

I like Lucas. But despite ANYTHING I try, he usually gets it.

Dodge in the air is effective.

Tried it. Too slow.

However, rolling on the ground was effective a bit!

No, the person's house I play at (Cause I don't have a wii) doesn't have internet.

I played at his house though, and he's a pretty good sonic user! 20 combo without using the same move more than 3 times! :O

But I still beat him a couple of times. :P

Well, A, That's an Oxymoron, and B, try to time your up-smash with Lucas just right. It's one of his strongest moves, even an uncharged smash should break it.

Though, La Pared's idea is still the best and the most efficient.

Strategy tip number 7.

Let the Sonic User get a couple of licks off the smash ball, OR if he Really Smashes it
THATS when you go for it.

Plenty time a Smash Ball appears and I let it go. I see other people fight/scramble for it
but I just stand there waiting.
Once I see that the smash ball is hit enough times, then I Try to hit the smash ball One good hit
and I usually Always get it.

Just stay on your toes about getting the smash ball.
*note the more time passes the weaker the smash ball gets when you try to hit it.

Lucas has some long range attacks... use them against that Sonic user or Use it against
the Smash Ball once it's been weakened by Time or attacks.
