In middle school... um... I don't really remember much.  I wasn't quite sure what happened.  I wasn't exposed to much of it at the time.. but I of course eventually found out... but it was all so confusing to me.  I.. saw what happened... but I didn't understand it... it made no sense to me for a long time.  I came to realize it eventually too but... you know.. I still don't understand it if you know what I mean.

Somehow I knew what the rest of the question was going to be from reading the title.

Anyway, I was in school, watching TV after we had learned that the first plane hit.

I was in 7th grade, about 12 years old, During homeroom  the teacher (stereotypical teacher with white hair and giant mole, who hates kids) Just casually announces that a plane crashed into one of the towers of the world trade center.

At the time I didn't even know that the world trade center and the Twin Towers were the same thing...so I was confuzzled. No one would tell us anything, and we just went on with the day as usual.

Lotos

It was 4th grade, I remember that recess was kept inside today.  I don't remember much else.  I went online after school to learn about what happened.

Qsmash

I was in the third grade, not paying attention and the assistant teacher came in with the radio and told us what happened. I was like "whoa...o_o".
