he's a guy with a shield that has spikes on it

and he can throw it and pull it back while it spins and chops things to bits.

i agree with geno, but not bowser jr. for two reasons.

1. Bowser has always been awful, and as a result, I've never gotten used to playing as him.

2. bowser jr. would just be a smaller version of bowser.

3. much better alternative characters to add instead.

 To be honest i thought bowser j.r. had a good chance since [spoiler]toon link[/spoiler](i hate him)got in.He would be less clony than [spoiler]toon link[/spoiler].

But i also wanted a character that was made for brawl.What i ment was brawl would have been his first game.

Well, [spoiler]R.O.B.[/spoiler]was kind of a made for Smash Bros character.
They completly made up all of his moves, and he wasn't really a video game character in the first place.
It would be like if they made a Mr.Wiimote.
